30 May Real Wedding: Laura & Ash, February 2018
Laura and Ash, February 2018
Laura and Ash had stunning red velvet bridesmaid dresses and bright bouquets which added a gorgeous splash of colour to a winter wedding day. They had a fantastic origami crane theme which was a beautiful reflection of their relationship. They shared an extract from their order of the day with us to explain why they chose the theme:
“Having been to Japan together and then Ash proposing with an origami heart, this sparked the search for an unusual wedding theme. The Crane is a traditional symbol of love in Japan and it is believed that folding 1000 cranes will grant a wish of one thousand years of happiness and prosperity for the newlywed couple.”
We love Laura and Ash’s wedding album and we hope you enjoy looking through their photographs as much as we did.
“The Auld Keep was such an amazing setting. Ash especially loved the history of it and I felt it was a very romantic setting, especially with all the candles. The whole day was seamless and the staff would do anything for us. Genevieve, in particular, was just brilliant, she made my day run so smoothly and literally anytime I needed something she was there to help. She was just amazing and really helped me to have a stress free day and looked after us so so well.” – Laura and Ash
