Fiona and Euan had a gorgeous autumn wedding at Dundas. Their day was full of love and laughter which is evident in their wedding album. Fiona and Euan made their vows to each other in our 600 year Auld Keep surrounded by their closest friends and family. Despite the weather not being on their side, the newlyweds then went up to the roof and out to the Courtyard for photographs together. They were then announced into their drinks reception to greet their guests and cut their Autumn themed cake. The wedding party then made their way to the Pavilion for a delicious three-course wedding breakfast and to enjoy the speeches. Guests then joined Fiona and Euan on the dancefloor to continue the celebrations into the night.

“We had the most perfect day getting married at Dundas Castle! From our first visit to the day itself, the staff were wonderful and made us feel so at home and relaxed. They were attentive and professional and made sure that the day ran incredibly smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing!

The castle itself is stunning. The location is perfect for all types of weather – which is fortunate as we had a pretty rainy day in the end but hardly noticed! The Auld Keep is so full of character – it was a beautiful building to have the ceremony, and the Pavilion was perfect for our dinner and (most importantly) the ceilidh dancing! There’s more than enough room to get everyone involved in an Orcadian Strip the Willow – and you can open the doors so you can spill out onto the beautiful lawn!
