Allison and Benton enjoyed an extended wedding celebration at Dundas this summer. On the day prior to the wedding, guests enjoyed a mini afternoon tea, wedding rehearsal, lawn games and a whisky tasting throughout the afternoon. In the evening they were treated to a BBQ at the front of the Castle followed by some Highland dancing and pipe band entertainment. Allison and Benton had a very special wedding day with a late afternoon ceremony which gave them an opportunity to capture some beautiful ‘first look’ photographs around the Dundas Estate. This was followed by an emotional exchange of vows in our Auld Keep, complete with an owl ring delivery! They brought the celebrations to a close by dancing the night away in our Pavilion. From the moment I woke up in the gorgeous honeymoon suite, to mimosas with the girls, first looks on the lawn, and then walking down the aisle, I felt like a princess. We loved celebrating at Dundas and keep finding ourselves looking for reasons to go back again soon! I think there will be a weekend at the Glampotel in our future.
