Emma and Jonathan’s wedding was a classic and timeless Scottish affair, celebrated with over 140 friends and family. The day before the wedding, loved ones joined the couple for some outdoor games on the lawn. The relaxed evening consisted of tipples in the Armoury, followed by an intimate dinner in the Stag Chamber. As the evening came to a close, Emma and Jonathan parted ways with the excitement of knowing they would meet at the altar the following day.

The couple chose to make the short journey to Edinburgh to marry in a beautiful church. Jonathan and his groomsman set off first in a classic sports car, and a vintage red bus came to collect the rest of the guests. The bridal party followed shortly after in traditional wedding cars.

Leaving the church as newlyweds, the couple arrived back at Dundas to capture their first moments as husband and wife. Guests were transported in vintage red buses and welcomed by a piper and drinks reception in the Main House. Emma and Jonathan joined their friends and family for the cutting of their cake, which was delicately decorated with tartan and Scottish thistle design.

The wedding party was piped down to the Pavilion, where a delicious wedding breakfast was served. After dinner, everybody listened to heartfelt speeches from the father of the bride, the bride and groom and the best men.

Emma and Jonathan snuck off to capture the sun setting on Dundas Castle for their final wedding shots, then joined their party to perform their first dance with a live band. As guests danced the night away, a pizza truck appeared to help give them enough energy to celebrate into the wee hours.
