‘It is hard to put into words what Dundas Castle meant to us, because it was so much more than a wedding venue. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had been welcomed into someone’s home… a home filled with history, warmth, care, and so much heart.
Dundas is not just a beautiful castle. It is a family and a community’s home, and you can feel the pride everyone takes in caring for it. Every room, every detail, every moment felt so thoughtfully looked after. The castle itself is absolutely pristine, but what made it unforgettable was the people. The staff made us feel completely welcomed, comfortable, and cared for in a way that felt both luxurious and deeply personal.
Some of my favourite memories were the late-night chats in the drawing room around the fireplace after the other wedding guests had left. Those quiet moments meant so much to us. It felt like we were sitting in our own living room, just on the grandest and most magical scale imaginable. That is what makes Dundas so special- it is breath taking and elegant, but somehow still intimate, warm, and familiar.
We left feeling like we were part of the Dundas Castle family, and we will be forever grateful for the memories you helped us create. It was truly the happiest and most magical experience of our lives.’
