The brief included providing gluten free food for our Chairman and I was delighted when it was suggested that the entire event would be ‘gluten free’ which impressed our Chairman immensely. The food was excellent and the staff were outstanding in their level of service, courtesy and helpfulness. We held an awards event for 80 people at Dundas Castle in March 2018. This involved Highland games in the grounds followed by the awards ceremony in the evening. The organisation by the staff at Dundas was exemplary and our attendees thoroughly enjoyed themselves with many saying it was the best event we had ever held. Last February we started looking for a venue for the Bentley Partners' meeting. We needed somewhere where we could be guaranteed first-class service but also a place which had an unusual or unique feel to it.
